Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We deliver your rentals, set up tents, and pick everything up after your event. Delivery details depend on your location and order, and we’ll confirm them with your quote.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Leitchfield and serve Grayson County and surrounding Kentucky communities. If your event is a little farther out, just ask and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your date. Weekends during wedding and graduation season fill up first, especially for tents, so reserving early is the best way to get the pieces you want.
How do I reserve my rentals?
Request a quote or give us a call. We’ll confirm availability for your date, help you choose the right items and quantities, and send a simple contract to finalize your reservation.
What size tent do I need?
As a general guide, a 20×20 high peak tent seats about 30–40 guests at round tables, a 40′ hexagon seats about 100–110, and a 40′ hexagon paired with a 20×20 seats about 130–150. Dance floors and buffets need extra room, so tell us your plans and we’ll recommend the right fit.
What happens if the weather turns?
Our high peak tents give guests shelter from sun and rain, and heaters keep cooler evenings comfortable. If severe weather is in the forecast, we’ll stay in touch with you about the safest plan for your event.
Do you rent more than tents, tables, and chairs?
Yes! We also offer linens, glassware, flatware and dinnerware, tent lighting, heaters, a photo booth, an audio guest book, and special effects. See the full rental collection.
